Joe McNally - Repeating Flash !!!

I really enjoyed this viedo, my question to you is how do I set up my sb900 for repeated flash on my Nikon D90.. thank you

Turn the flash on. If it is not responding check the batteries. Make sure it is set to "ON" and not "REMOTE" or "MASTER". Press the button labeled "MODE" once. Turn the wheel until the mode changes to "RPT". You can now adjust the flash output (1/128 to 1/1), amount of flashes and frequency (in Hz, a.k.a. flashes per sec.) with the three menu buttons (below the display) and the wheel.
