And that’s fine if (1) there is some prior experience in Photoshop, masking, blend modes, and working in adjustment layers and in channels or the prospect of a steep learning curve is not daunting; and (2) you are determined to get a good return on your efforts by using Photoshop for more than a few “paint by numbers” tricks from a book.
